When you pay
You don't pay anything to create a pool, invite members, or set everything up. The hosting fee is only charged around your first week, once your final member count is locked in.
Around your first week, the commissioner gets an email with payment instructions. There's a 7-day grace period before any restrictions kick in:
- Day 0: Reminder email. 7 days to pay.
- Day 7: Standings hidden from members until paid. 3 more days.
- Day 10: Pool frozen — picks locked, standings hidden — until paid.
Pay anytime to immediately restore full access. If your pool grows later, you top up only for the new members — never for anyone who's left.
